The Housing and Consumer Clinic provides representation in housing-related matters. Law students represent individuals in eviction defenses and in cases relating to habitability, illegal rent increases, repairs, predatory loans, fair housing and miscellaneous torts. Students also represent consumers against merchants in disputes involving sales and services. |
