COPE LINE is a 24 hour, telephone crisis intervention service. Many calls to VIA LINK's COPE LINE relate to emotional distress, abuse, violence and every day stresses. Callers will receive an immediate and confidential response. COPE LINE is certified by the American Association of Suicidology. Counselors are specially trained to assist in suicide intervention and prevention. Callers are linked to community resources as appropriate.
