| WHO WE ARE |

The DC 37 Municipal Employees' Legal Services Plan (MELS) is a pre-paid
legal services plan which provides legal benefits to eligible members, who
are most DC 37 members and retirees. Services are provided in the areas
of housing, martrimonial, family, consumer, bankruptcy, government
benefits, wills and real estate.
