Languages for which interpreters can be provided: Can arrange for interpreters for all languages.
Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Access for the deaf: Call through relay and then call back with TTY. Can also arrange for American Sign Language interpreters.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Will accept a person with an income up to 200% of the poverty level under special circumstances.

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  If you are about to be evicted, experiencing domestic violence, or if your utilities have been shut off.
