Housing Conservation Coordinators
 
WHO WE ARE

 Housing Conservation Coordinators is a not-for-profit organization based in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen that seeks to preserve safe, decent and affordable housing.

Each year, HCC helps thousands of neighborhood residents keep their homes, improve their living conditions and fight for the changes that will keep our neighborhood affordable and diverse for years to come.

HOW TO GET HELP
   To contact this group, VISIT ITS OFFICE at  777 Tenth Avenue, New York, NY 10019
 
 Monday: 4:00pm to 6:30pm
 Thursday: 10:00am to 12:30pm
  Cross Streets: Cross Streets: 52nd - 53rd Streets.
  Directions: Subway - E train to 50th Street; 1 or 9 train to 50th Street; N or R train to 49th Street. Bus: M11 to 52nd Street or M50 to 10th Avenue

This organization helps people living between 34th Street and 72nd Street, west of Eighth Avenue and for families with children who have a pending court case, who are within our income guidelines, it is the West Side of Manhattan.
Languages Spoken:  French, Spanish
Languages for which interpreters can be provided: Where needed.

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  A Marshal's Notice of Eviction, illegal lockout, vacate order, no heat, fires.
