This group serves the West Side of Manhattan above 110th Street and the East Side of Manhattan above 96th Street.
Languages Spoken:  Mandarin Chinese, Spanish
Languages for which interpreters can be provided: Can arrange for interpreters for any language on a long-term basis.
Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Access for the deaf: Can arrange for American Sign Language interpreters.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Clients with incomes at or below 200% of the poverty level may be represented if they fall within certain exceptions.
